The 2021 Dual Prime plan (HMO D-SNP) is a Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan for those with both Medicare and Medicaid (Maryland Medical Assistance Program) as a Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB) or a Full Benefit Dual Eligible (FBDE).
